🔁 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Aduwa, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to support you through our return, refund, or exchange process—fairly and professionally.
✅ Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Although initial delivery is free, delivery charges will apply if an item is returned. This fee will be deducted from the final value of the return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll promptly assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
💳 Refunds
- A partial refund is issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Delivery costs and any applicable service or handling fees will be deducted from the original payment.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us.
Note: Not all purchases are eligible for a full refund. Custom or altered pieces may be excluded.
🔄 Exchanges
- Products may be exchanged based on the reason for exchange, which will be reviewed and subject to approval.
- Exchanges are dependent on product availability at the time of request.
- If approved, the original item must be returned in unused, original condition before the exchange can be processed.
- Delivery charges apply to the shipping of the replacement item (even if the original order qualified for free shipping).
Customs Fees
At Aduwa, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. However, please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
We encourage you to review your local customs regulations before placing an order. Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations resulting from unpaid customs fees
